Registration Process
When you register with Tutor Le Monde, a student/parent portal will be automatically created and your information securely stored.
Student Portal
Students will be able to access their own portal where they can take charge of their learning by logging onto our Zoom meetings, receive feedback and track any assignments given.
Parent Portal - For Children Under 18
A parent portal will be linked with your child’s account, meaning all communication is visible by you via your portal. A student portal is completely optional and consent for use is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
Your parent portal, although resembles your child’s has the addition of a billing & invoicing tab. You will be able to track all lesson billing history, receive invoices and make payments via PayPal integration.
Our First FREE Session
Students 18 and under – Please plan for a 20 minute Parent-Instructor discussion where I will learn more about the goals you have set out for your child, plan for future sessions and have proper introductions. The next 40 minutes will be dedicated to your child’s diagnostic. I will begin to formulate an understanding of your child’s level and get to know a bit about them. Introductions can be slow, so we will take our time to figure out how I can best meet your families needs.
Adult Learners – Please plan for a 20 minute Student-Instructor discussion where I will learn more about your goals, motivations and we will create our schedule. The next 40 minutes will be dedicated to your diagnostic, where I will begin to formulate an understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. Getting to know about your interests and disinterests are essential to tailoring your experience and ensuring a meaningful experience.
